This Order brings into force on 1st April 1996 the following provisions of the Local Government Finance Act 1992:—the repeal in Schedules 13 and 14 of section 111(1)(a), (b) and (d) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 (regulation-making powers with respect to rates); andthe repeal in Schedule 14 of section 9(6) of the Water (Scotland) Act 1980 (recovery of charges for non-domestic supply of water).
