Amendment of Regulations
2. In paragraph 5(1) of the Schedule to the National Health Service Litigation Authority Regulations 1995(1) (rules as to meetings and proceedings of the Authority—quorum) for the words from “three” to the end of the sub-paragraph there shall be substituted the words “two non-officer members, or the chairman and one non-officer member, are present.”.
