Amendment of the principal Regulations
2. In regulation 15 of the principal Regulations (registers), as substituted by the Environmental Protection (Applications, Appeals and Registers) (Amendment) Regulations 1996(1), after paragraph (c) there shall be inserted the following—
“(ca)all particulars of any representations made by any person required to be consulted under paragraph 2, 6 or 7 of Schedule 1 to the 1990 Act pursuant to regulation 4(1) above;”.
