(1)
Subject to paragraph (2), and insofar as they have not been revoked already, the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Regulations 199015, the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 199016, the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 199117, the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 199218, the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Amendment (No.2) Regulations 199219 the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 199320 and the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 199421 are hereby revoked.

The Regulations referred to in paragraph (1) shall continue to apply to applications for planning permission deemed to have been made by virtue of section 85(7) of the 1972 Act in connection with an enforcement notice served before the date when these Regulations come into force.
