The Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 1997

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 19491, and now vested in him2, the power conferred on him by article 8 of the Department of Trade and Industry (Fees) Order 19883, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby, with the consent of the Treasury, makes the following Regulations:
