The London Cab Order 1997

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Metropolitan Public Carriage Act 18691, section 1 of the London Cab and Stage Carriage Act 19072 and section 1 of the London Cab Act 19683, hereby makes the following Order—
