Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Health and Safety (Young Persons) Regulations 1997 and shall came into force on 3rd March 1997.
(2) In these Regulations “the Management Regulations” means the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1992(1).
(3) Any reference in these Regulations to a numbered regulation is a reference to the regulation in the Management Regulations so numbered.
