This Order brings into force on 16th June 1997 sections 3(1) and (2) and 6 of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. Sections 13 to 16 of the Act came into force at Royal Assent on 21st March 1997.

Sections 3(1) and (2) and 6 of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 shall come into force on 16th June 1997.
