SCHEDULE CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

5.  In Schedule 1 to the Public Supply Contracts Regulations 1995(1) (GATT contracting authorities), for “Department of National Heritage” there shall be substituted “Department for Culture, Media and Sport”.
