1. This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting Act 1996 (British Broadcasting Corporation—Transmission Network) (Guernsey) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 22nd August 1997.
2. Sections 131 to 133, 147(1) and 150(1) of, and Schedule 5 to, the Broadcasting Act 1996 shall extend, with the modifications specified in the Schedule to this Order, to the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
3. Any reference in the Schedule to this Order to Guernsey is a reference to the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
