2. For the purposes of section 58 (medicinal products on prescription only), the following shall be appropriate practitioners–
(a)in relation to the descriptions and classes of medicinal products specified in article 3, doctors, dentists [F1, supplementary prescribers], [F2nurse independent prescribers, pharmacist independent prescribers,] veterinary surgeons and veterinary practitioners;
