MAGISTRATES COURTS
This Order amends section 65(2) of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 so as to enable proceedings to enforce an order made in proceedings under Part IV of the Family Law Act 1996 to be treated as family proceedings. The Order also amends section 125 of the 1980 Act to bring a cross-reference up to date.

In section 125(4)(c)(ii) of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 (Warrants) 3 for “section 18(4) of the Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates' Courts Act 19784”, there shall be substituted “section 47(8) of the Family Law Act 1996”.
