The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 25(1) and (4) of the Social Security Administration (Fraud) Act 1997(1) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Social Security Administration (Fraud) Act 1997 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1997.
2. The day appointed for the coming into force of section 20(1) of the Social Security Administration (Fraud) Act 1997 (return of social security post) in relation to the area falling within the London Borough of Richmond and the area falling within the London Borough of Hounslow is 25th August 1997.
