2.  In regulation 3 of the Passenger and Goods Vehicles (Recording Equipment) (Approval of Fitters and Workshops) (Fees) Regulations 1986(1) for “£240” there shall be substituted “£230” and for “£97.30” there shall be substituted “£93”.
