Supplementary provisions with regard to the CAA
21.—(1) A determination under these Regulations may not be made on behalf of the CAA by any other person.
(2) Section 4 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982(1) shall not apply in relation to the performance by the CAA of its functions under these Regulations.
