Where, pursuant to regulation 9(6) or 10(5), notice is served on the CAA to the effect that an airport has become a category A, category B or, as the case may be, a category C airport, the CAA shall cause a notice to the same effect to be published in its Official Record. The CAA’s notice shall also include a statement to the effect that the determination made in relation to that airport pursuant to regulation 9(1) or, as the case may be, 10(1) has taken effect.
