Amendment of the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987

8.  In the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987(1) after regulation 2 there shall be inserted the following regulation—

“Disapplication of section 1(1A) of the Administration Act

2A.   Section 1(1A) of the Administration Act (requirement to state national insurance number) shall not apply to housing benefit.”.
