Amendment of the Local Government Act 1988 (Defined Activities) (Exemptions) (Wales) Order 1988

3.  Paragraph (2) of article 3 of the Local Government Act 1988 (Defined Activities) (Exemptions) (Wales) Order 1988(1) is amended by the substitution for “£100,000” of “£150,000”.
