in subsection (1), for the words “Lord Chancellor” substitute “Deemsters” and omit the words “or the Appeal Tribunal”;

Rules of procedure may include provision conferring on adjudicators such ancillary powers as the Deemsters think necessary for the purposes of the exercise of their functions.
