The Secretary of State for Health, as respects England and Wales, and the Secretary of State for Scotland, as respects Scotland, in exercise of powers conferred by section 2(3) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 19601 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
