110.  In section 27(2)—

(a) for “him” there shall be substituted “them”;

(b) for “he thinks” there shall be substituted “they think”;

(c) for “proposes” there shall be substituted “propose”; and

(d) for “he shall” there shall be substituted “they shall”.
