SCHEDULE MODIFICATION OF ENACTMENTS

PART I Insurance Companies Act 1982 (c. 50)

36.  In section 52A(1)—

(a) for “Secretary of State”, in both places it occurs, there shall be substituted “Treasury”; and

(b) for “he is” there shall be substituted “they are”.
