74.  In paragraph 2—

(a) in sub-paragraph (2)—

(i) in paragraph (b) for “has” there shall be substituted “have”, and

(ii) in paragraph (c)(i) for “has” there shall be substituted “have”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (4)(b) for “he knows” there shall be substituted “they know”.
