Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Building Societies (Members' Resolutions) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st January 1998.
(2) In this Order “the 1986 Act” means the Building Societies Act 1986 and “the 1997 Act” means the Building Societies Act 1997(1).
