Amendment of the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Preseli) Designation Order 1994
2.—(1) The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Preseli) Designation Order 1994(1) shall be further amended in accordance with the following paragraph of this article.
(2) In paragraph (3) of article 6 (rates of payment under agreement)—
(i)for sub-paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—
“(b)£60 per annum for each hectare of enclosed semi-natural rough grazings which do not include heather;”;
(ii)after sub-paragraph (b) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph—
“(bb)£35 per annum for each hectare of enclosed partially improved grassland or enclosed unimproved grassland;”.
