Amendment of conditions to be fulfilled by driver of bus
2. In regulation 3(2) of the Minibus and Other Section 19 Permit Buses Regulations 1987(1), for paragraphs (b) and (c) there shall be substituted—
“(b)has held such a licence for a period of, or periods amounting in aggregate to, not less than 2 years,
(c)is 21 years of age or over,
(cc)if he is 70 years of age or over, is not suffering from a relevant disability in respect of which the Secretary of State would be bound to refuse to grant him a licence authorising the driving of a class of vehicles in sub-category D1, and”.
