In section 35(3) of the Land Drainage Act 1991—
a
in paragraph (a) for “the Secretary of State for the Environment” there shall be substituted “the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions”, and
b
in paragraph (b) for “the Secretary of State for Transport” there shall be substituted “that Secretary of State”.
