Decisions by employing authorities as to status of employees
27. In regulation N2(1)–
(a)in sub-paragraph (b) after the words “part-time employee” there shall be added the words “and whether his employment is of a casual nature”; and
(b)sub-paragraph (c) shall be omitted.
