Amendment of provisions of the 1980 Act24

Section 100 of the 1980 Act shall be amended as follows.

In subsection (2), for the words “section 98 above” there shall be substituted “section 16(2)(a) of the Reserve Forces Act 1996”.

In subsection (3)—
a
for the words “section 10(1) above” in both places in which they appear there shall be substituted “section 52(1)(a) of the Reserve Forces Act 1996”;
b
for the word “ordering” in both places in which it appears there shall be substituted “authorising members of”.
