Amendment of Transport Act 1968

2.  In section 56(6) of the Transport Act 1968(1) (meaning of “local authority”)–

(a) the word “or” immediately preceding paragraph (d) shall cease to have effect; and

(b) after paragraph (d) there shall be inserted–

“or

(e) Strathclyde Passenger Transport Authority;”.
