1. This Order may by cited as the Railway Heritage Scheme Order 1997 and shall come into force on 12th February 1997.
2. The Scheme set out in the Schedule to this Order shall have effect.
3. The Railway Heritage Scheme Order 1994(1) is hereby revoked.
