The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 29(3) and (4) of the Child Support Act 1995M1, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:

C1S.I. 1997/645 revoked (in relation to any particular case from the date section 23 of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 comes into force in relation to that type of case) The S.I. continues to be reproduced for use with the transitional provisions in S.I.2000/3176, reg. 4(1)(b) (with reg. 4(2) - (8) (as amended by 2003/231, reg. 2)
