Amendment of the Review of Children’s Cases Regulations 1991

4.  After regulation 13 (exception to application of Regulations) of the Review of Children’s Cases Regulations 1991(2) there shall be added the following regulation—

“13A.   These Regulations shall not apply in the case of a child who is placed for adoption under the Adoption Act 1976(1).”.
