Article 2 of this Order brings into force on 12th February 1997 the following provisions of the Housing Act 1996—sections 124 to 128, 129(1), (2), (5) and (6), 130 to 134, 136 to 137, 138(1) to (3) and 141(1) (introductory tenancies); andsections 144 to 146 and, to the extent it is not already in force, section 147 (repossession, &c.: secure tenancies).
