SCHEDULESAVINGS
The substitution of section 83 of Housing Act 1985 and the amendments to section 84 of and Schedule 2 to that Act2 (repossession: secure tenancies) shall have no effect in a case where a notice under section 83 of that Act (notice of proceedings for possession or termination) has been served before the commencement date.
