Citation and interpretation E+W+S

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 1995 (Commencement No. 10) Order 1997.

(2) In this Order—

• “the 1993 Act" means the Pension Schemes Act 1993 M1 ;

• “the 1995 Act" means the Pensions Act 1995;

• “the Authority" means the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority M2 ; and

• “the Board" means the Occupational Pensions Board M3 .
