Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Advice and Assistance (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 1st April 1997.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Advice and Assistance (Scotland) (Consolidation and Amendment) Regulations 1996(1).
