Revocations

19.  The following regulations shall be revoked—

(a) regulation 2 of the Child Benefit, Child Support and Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1996(1);

(b) regulation 4 of the Social Security (Attendance Allowance) Regulations 1991(2) (attendance allowance payable before the date of claim in renewal cases); and

(c) regulation 5 of the Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Regulations 1991(3) (late claim by a person previously entitled).
