INTRODUCTION
5. The Code requires Participating Societies to provide certain information to members and customers. This will usually by at the time when an account is opened. Information will also be available to members and customers from branches, if any, of the Participating Society. Participating Societies will provide additional information about specific investment services available at any time on request.
