Eligible liabilities3
For the purposes of paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act, the eligible liabilities of an eligible institution means the aggregate of the amounts referred to in paragraphs 1 to 7 of the Schedule, less the aggregate of the amounts referred to in paragraphs 8 to 13 of the Schedule.
