Revocation of the Grubbing Up Regulations
3. The Apple Orchard Grubbing Up Regulations 1991(1), the Apple Orchard Grubbing Up (Amendment) Regulations 1994(2) and the Apple Orchard Grubbing Up (Amendment) Regulations 1995(3) (together “the Grubbing Up Regulations”) are revoked, subject to regulation 4(2) below.
