Sections 152 to 1702 and 172 to 181 of, and Schedule 5 to, the Merchant Shipping Act 1995, subject to the exceptions, adaptations and modifications specified in the Schedule to this Order, shall extend to the Cayman Islands, and any instrument made, or to be made, under section 152(2), 157(2), 157(4), 172(2) or 176(5) shall also extend to the Cayman Islands.
