Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by subsection (3) of section 20 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 19491 as that subsection has effect by virtue of section 9(2) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 19982, and section 9(3) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1998, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
