Amendment of the National Health Service Supplies Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1991

7.  After article 6 of the National Health Service Supplies Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1991(1) there shall be added the following article—

“Admission to meetings

7.  The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 shall apply to the Authority.”.
