1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Lincoln District Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 24th February 1998.
(2) In this Order—
“the first Trust” means the Lincoln and Louth National Health Service Trust;
“the second Trust” means the Lincoln District Healthcare National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by, agreed upon by and signed on behalf of the first and second Trusts on 27th November 1997.
