The Trade Marks (Fees) Rules 1998

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 54 and 79 of the Trade Marks Act 19941 (“the Act”), of the power conferred on her by the Department of Trade and Industry (Fees) Order 19882, and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Rules:—
