1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Individual Performance Information) (Identification of Individual Pupils) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 20th August 1998.
(2) The Education (Individual Performance Information) (Identification of Individual Pupils) Regulations 1997(1) are hereby revoked.
