COUNTY COURTS;PROCEDURE

These Rules amend the County Court Rules 1981 so as to—provide that certain additional information be given when making a payment into court to which the Social Security (Recovery of Benefits) Act 1997 applies (rule 2);make minor amendments (rules 3, 4 and 5);provide the procedure for the enforcement of fixed penalties under the Road Traffic (Vehicle Emissions) (Fixed Penalty) Regulations 1997 (rules 6 and 7), andprovide a procedure for a plaintiff who wishes to apply for a warrant for the arrest of a defendant under section 3(3) of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 (rule 8).
