19.—(a) The extent to which any scheme for handling complaints by customers of the successor company will differ from that applying to complaints by members of the society and customers of the society and its connected undertakings; andU.K.
(b)the arrangements for handling complaints by members of the society and customers of the society and its connected undertakings—
(i)made but not resolved by the vesting date; and
(ii)made on or after the vesting date in respect of services provided by the society and its connected undertakings prior to the vesting date.
