The Gaming Machines (Maximum Prizes)Regulations 1998

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 31(5) and 51 of the Gaming Act 19681, and after consultation with the Gaming Board for Great Britain, hereby makes the following Regulations:
